In 2013, the Weddingbuzz brand entered the Australian wedding industry bringing real competition through honesty. We were one of the first wedding websites in the world to list all prices upfront empowering our customers to plan their wedding on their terms.

Weddingbuzz is now moving towards providing  a whole wedding solution. People are time poor so we present one offer, with the best venue, best photographer, best makeup artist and the best value for money.


Our mission

Our mission is to always grow and educate our Bridal Tribe. With the average bride spending more than 200 hours planning her wedding things can get overwhelming and exhausting. We provide quality content and packages and aim to put the JOY back into planning a wedding.

While planning his wedding, Phil became frustrated at how the industry was still operating offline. In an era where shopping on a mobile is common practice he couldn’t believe that there still had to be a face to face meeting before knowing exactly what product was on offer and the expected price.

After his wedding Phil took matters into his own hands and teamed up with Chris to produce a website that would provide more transparency to the wedding planning process. In other words – it should be more convenient, for couples and businesses. This is the principle of Weddingbuzz.com.au.

When Phil first explained the concept of promoting the latest wedding businesses, products and services online, Chris recognised the revolutionary nature of the idea. With a background in engineering, Chris was well placed to join Phil in his efforts to help not only engaged couples, but businesses as well through providing a way to move their business online at very low cost.

Chris retains a strong emphasis on finding the right balance between functionality, usability and inspiring design. These are the foundations of Weddingbuzz.com.au.
